Richard Hundhausen, a local, certified Scrum trainer and active ITCSA member, is running a 2-day Professional Scrum Foundations class at ExecuTrain in Boise on the 29th and 30th of this month. This is an official Scrum.org course and is appropriate for anyone working on or with a Scrum Team. The course is especially well suited for organizations or teams investigating Scrum, those who are currently struggling with Scrum, or those beginning to utilize Scrum in their development environment.

Bio
Thom Ives (B.S., Mechanical Engineering, The University of Texas; M.S. and Ph.D., Texas A&M University) works as an Engineer at Hewlett-Packard’s Boise base. During his education, Thom sought to understand how to jointly apply multi-physical modeling and design methodology principles to innovation. In industry, Thom introduced design methodology to a team of engineers, and the principles were well received, but ego and debate frequently inhibited the team’s progress.
